LetsHost are Hiring – Front Line Customer Care one of Ireland’s largest hosting providers are currently seeking applications for front line customer care staff. The position is based in our Galway office and covers the night time hours. This is a full time position with salary linked to experience.


  • Dealing with front line customer technical queries via email & phone
  • Working on social media to field any customer queries
  • Carrying out project work assigned by management team

Skills required:

  • Excellent phone manner and writing skills
  • Customer focused with an outgoing personality
  • Working knowledge of computers / office products
  • Must be able to work under own initiative
  • Be committed to customer satisfaction process
