This section of the website will explain how best to get support should you have any queries or problems on your account. Letshost provides 24/7/365 technical support to all web hosting customers. Our aim is to provide superior support and services to all our customers.

We do this in a selection of ways:

Support desk (technical support / billing / domains queries)

Our support desk can be accessed via the support menu or directly via www.letshostsupport.com. By accessing this website you can submit a support request or ticket to any of our support departments. Our technical support department is staffed 24/7/365 meaning a prompt resolution to your query any time of day or night!

Tip: Provide as much information on any problem you are having so that our technical team can resolve your issue as quickly as possible. The more information you provide the quicker the resolution!

Online video tutorials

Some tasks are best illustrated by a step by step guide. With our video tutorials, common tasks are broken down into managable portions for you to work through. You can even pause and rewind each tutorial! You can access our video tutorials from the support section of this website or through your online control panel (Cpanel).

Remote technical support

Letshost offers a unique remote support assistance tool. This allows our representative to log onto your PC/Mac remotely to diagnose and resolve any technical issues you are having, quickly and easily. This is particularly suited to users with limited technical knowledge and must be activated over the phone with one of our support team.

Telephone support

If you would like to speak to one of our friendly support people or make a general enquiry you can do so by contacting us on 01 6535032 or +353 16535032 if contacting us from abroad. Our phone lines are open Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. Phone lines are closed weekends and public holidays. Support is still available through our support desk during these times.

Tip: When calling our support lines please have as much information on your account to hand, such as your domain name, invoice number or client ID. This will assist us in tracking your account as quick as possible.

Support responsibilities

LetsHost is responsible for maintaining all services within the LetsHost network. As such we regret we cannot provide technical support for services not provided by Letshost. This includes 3rd party coding, PC troubleshooting (excluding email configuration), broken Internet connections and non LetsHost configuration issues.
